Uninstalling and Reinstalling P3D

Hello,

 

Does uninstalling P3D automatically get rid of any aircraft add-ons that were downloaded?  Similarly, will the scenarios and custom graphical settings be removed when this happens?  In File Explorer, ThisPC->documents-> prepar3dv4  has files of scenarios and graphical settings.  Should I just save those files to a different folder outside of P3D files?
