Stutters below Unlimited fps

Hi guys.

Been reading a lot about this newish 30hz monitor tweak. And upon trying almost every thing connected to this i get just stutters for my trouble.

My monitor is a Acer XB321HK that supports 30hz

Display port 1.4 in use

 

If i select 30hz on the desktop the mouse stutters around the screen. And moving a window open induces the same result.

Even with not running the monitor in 30hz and using the ingame fps slider, if i take it of unlimited it invokes stuttering in panning and mouse stuttering.

Hoping someone with the same monitor may have an answer for me, or someone else.

Mike, ensure you have Vsync ticked in P3D and if you still have issues, then try locking frames at 30 or 31.
