How do I make an approach using these facilities? Is it even possible with the current PMDG 777-300ER avionics? I can find no reference to these terms in the current documentation.

Are there any non-US equivalents that can also be used?

Cheers, Richard

LPV, no. IAN isn't available in the 777, and in reality, if you really need a specialized approach like that, then you're likely just going to get RNAV RNP approval for your operation/aircraft.

WAAS, no. The sim doesn't have WAAS in it, and it doesn't quite need it as the GPS in the sim is essentially "perfect," and without signal anomalies and loss of sat reception (not to say it wouldn't benefit from its simulation).

Not sure why you'd need either, honestly. The 777 isn't likely going to be stuffed into some random airport that doesn't have an ILS to give you the precision of that type of approach (i.e. to necessitate a "precision" approach via RNAV technologies).
