Cyhz taxi instructions

When i fly out of cyhz, the active is usually 23.

But i get this taxi instructions: taxi via delta, echo and hold short runway 32...

Pilot2ATC sets the active runway and displays it below the SID button in the flight plan once you have your flight plan entered. 

If you want to use a different runway because your SIM or Traffic Program has a different active, you can check the "Force Pilot Runway Selection" option on the Flt Pln tab of config, and either verbally request taxi to the desired runway for takeoffs without a SID, or plan a SID from the desired runway.

If the issue is that you want P2A to prefer RW 23 over RW 32, you can set it as a preferred runway in Taxi Mnt and it will be assigned in low wind conditions instead of RW 32.

Thanks Dave...actually, what happened is that pilot2atc clearance mentionned runway 23 for departure but taxi instructions sent me to runway 32...

Today, active was 23 and i reveived taxi instructions to 23...

So, not sure what happened the other day ?
