P3dVer4.3 Two Questions

Recommended Posts

Running P3dV4.3...

Hi: 1. Should I use a low frame rate setting (24 fps) or should I be running with unlimited FPS?

      2. Should I choose "Cache scenery" or "Use Scenery"?

Thanks

Hello!  Question #1:  Use whatever frame rate setting that works for you.  Depending on your gpu, setting at unlimited has caused blurries for some folks.

#1 : unlimited it's the best way for flying with P3D .

If you limit FPS they go under dragsticaly your choice selected  FPS number .

I have not had this happen.  Folks' mileage may vary, depending on scenery, present aircraft, weather add-on, etc.

Limited is the best setting. Any setting in between unlimited and limited is also the best setting. It depends.

Hope that helps.

I limit my fps to 30, I just like having a steady framerate, jumps above that, I would jump between 30 and 70, were noticeable.  30 is quite satisfying, no blurries happen, and the sim is very stable.

What is your monitor's refresh rate?
