V1.1 now available

Recommended Posts

I just downloaded and noted the installer was V1.1  - not sure of the change log.

This is the only changelog I've seen so far, from Carenado's Facebook page and FS Elite:

This version improves:

  • VC switch sounds
  • GA implantation
  • engine startup and shutdown animations with the engine menu
  • minor bug fixes

Yet to see those changes in the sim. Not noticeable to me.

Although there are very well replicated engine start up sounds, I had noticed that the initial ‘chopping’ sound of the propellor when it first starts rotating could actually be heard a couple of seconds before the prop started moving in the external view. Perhaps they have fixed this.
