what manuals  your  referring  too  just  got  the  recent  ngxu  and  I  got  fcom1and  2, introduction  tutorials 1 and  2 and the QRH   with the  download

oops my mistake  didn't  take note,  anyways  strange  that  the  ngxu  which  just was  released    comes  with the manuals

It's possible that the expired license is for manuals of older products.
