Beautiful shots. Just came back from a road trip that included much of Utah. It is a spectacular state. Very diverse and beautiful landscapes.

Utah has so many nooks and crannies, every time I fly over it, usually if I have to fly from Phoenix to Salt Lake City, I have to follow up with a drive on the ground to explore what I have seen.  Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef and if you jump just over the border to Nevada's Great Basin, those are my four favorite national parks in the western chain of parks, each full of wonder and mystery and Native American history.

The DC 3 is great vor VFR flights because it gives an unobstructed view from the cockpit, no wings, no engines. The 140 kt cruise speed is both not too slow and not too fast. In addition, it is reminiscent  of the golden age of aviation.
