What to do?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read this post.

Currently I'm based in the north of the UK, near Manchester and I'm looking at building a sim. My current budget is somewhere between £10,000 and £15,000 - I know that's not going to get me a full size simulator, however I do see that it'll get me atleast a fully operative captain MIP with FMC's, overhead, throttle and pedestal.

I'm not the brightest spark (pun intended) when it comes to electronics, so ideally a setup already built and only a few small jobs would be appreciative but on the other hand, it'd be a good learning curve for me to suss out for building a new hobby. I've been having a look at Jetmax systems and getting quotes from them however after seeing some posts in the past, can someone confirm, who has any of their products, if the throttle is electronic? From what I've seen, currently it's not. When I say electronic, auto speed brake and move throttled for TOGA engaged etc.

if anyone has any information that could help me any way shape or form, please post them below.

Many thanks,

James
