Majestic Dash 8 Forum - Does one Exist ?

Recommended Posts

Their website is down and their Dash is broken.

Anyone had an issue where basic controls suddenly - SUDDENLY - stop working ?

This has become VERY irritating !

All controls for my Saitek X52 Plastic - erm, I  mean Pro -  are disabled in the sim )P3D v4), and FSUIPC is set to ignore them, as usual.

Been working fine for ages, and recently - nada !

CPAM is calibrated and seems to be working, but in the cockpit, nothing is moving.... no yoke nothing.

A few months back their site was compromised/hacked.  It was off-line for awhile but since they built a new one and it was working fine - I had to use it myself.  It appears once again it's down.  Not sure if they are being targeted or maybe down for maintenance.

You could try reaching out to them on their facebook page.  I don't see any announcements on their facebook page indicating regarding the reason for the website not working.

I just flew my Dash two days ago and everything appears to be functional.

No problems with Dash 8, x52 and FSUIPC here.

What OS are you using? Hopefully not Windows 8 or 8.1 with the infamous joystick disconnecting issues.

I’ve never had issues with basic controls, the advanced controls were a whole other conversation, eventually gave up and reverted to basic.

It's very sad to see searches for the word "crack" when you try to google Majestic Dash8.

I had the pleasure of being a passenger on a real one in the Philippines this year - all my companions were as nervous as kittens except me who had an word not allowed grin on my face.

I took the Majestic out for a short spin from EGNX-EGAC on Sunday, lovely view coming in to Belfast over the IKEA building.
