Fs 2004 Airports

Recommended Posts

FS2004\scenery\Eurw\scenery

This folder contains all stock airports. The numbered bgl files (starting with AP....) may contain one or several stock airports.

To figure out the right bgl file for the airport you're searching for you need a software, e.g AirportDesignEditor that'll show you this file after entering the ICAO code. With "AirportDesignEditor" you also can modify these airports.

E.g. when opening an stock airport in AirportDesignEditor, the name of the bgl file in this scenery folder will be shown after entering the corresponding ICAO code.

Don't save any changes to these stock airport files! Basically save them to another folder, e.g. FS2004\Addon Scenery\scenery or create a separate folder inside Addon Scenery and registrate it correctly to Fs9. There's no need to registrate bgl files inside the scenery folder. Fs9 will do this automatically at start up.
