Q400 APP says I dont have a subscription.

I purchased the Q400 APP subscription two days ago and I still can't use it. It says " You do not have active subscription. Please go to AuraSim website and activate subscription for your account."   I emailed support two days ago and I've not had a response.

You guys have no idea what customer support is! No reply to support email so I send a PM via Avsim on Sunday. You replied that same day saying you would fix it tomorrow. 5 days later still not done and you haven't replied to my two more PM. Yet you have been online here at Avsim daily. What gives?
