September 16, 20187 yr I got to test the 900 for the 1st time (my only 2nd flight with the CRJ). From Cold & Dark at PAVD to Touch-Down at PAEN was bit time intensive, but very satisfying (need to find time to do more)! This also let me fly over some of the most scenic parts of central Alaska a bit more. This flight runs from Valdez Pioneer (DIR-TO Anchorage VOR) and then to Kenai city located on the very western edge of Alaska. In real, this region is noted to be filled with amazing glaciers/mountains/waterfalls etc. and there's no direct roadway - as the crow flies - (due to the extreme ruggedness). Thanks for viewing. SAS is one of my favorite liveries....🙂....and I try to use it for testing whenever I can. BTW, I noticed the AS CRJ-900 repaints are already adding up (many due to Mathijs himself). Need to pick up a few more...Good day!
