This is a very well done review. Only thing I wish he would of included the Samsung Odyssey in this comparison.

 

So this looks to be a good step upward from even the Vive Pro but ouch on the required hardware needed.

Cool, the 5K+ is looking good.  Although I worry about the LCD screens and being able to get dark nights.  I could never get night to look right on the rift with its oleds but the amoleds on the samsung Odyssey are great for dark nights.  May be worth a try though.

for wearing glasses with your headset on 

to avoid scratches as glasses can press against the headset lense

 do any companies offer clear plastic removable savvies for the pimax 5k or 8k  ??

 that can be fitted and removed to clean every so often

as the savvies are made of  soft clear plastic and  shouldn't produce scatches if your glasses press up against them

I know they used to be made for DK2 lenses but I tried to buy some but amazon said they were unavalible
