P2A assigning altitudes below restrictions in STAR

Hi Dave,

I was doing a LIMJ-LSGG flight today (LIMJ SID LAGEN DCT NEDED L50 BANKO STAR LSGG) and was assigned the BANK2R STAR for runway 22.

The STAR restricts the altitude at GG520 (right after BANKO) to above FL180. P2A asked me to cross BANKO at FL150, so below the resctriction of the next waypoint. Also, several waypoints after this were planned by P2A below the restrictions (like FL080 at SUVEL which has a restriction above FL110). I sent you a screenshot by email and the log file. Note that I'm using Navigraph 1810.

On the same flight, after landing, I was asked to contact tower. I usually have my copilot changing the frequency, which he did not. I then tried to change manually, but was unable to (clicking on the active frequency on the main screen or on the "switch frequency" button in the frequency window did nothing).
