I'm not trying to be insensitive to his issue but... Why are we all reading this?... It's distracting. Can he just open a ticket and deal with support via the proper channels?

OK, not a problem.  What you now need to do is use your purchase info to sign in on the Official PMDG site (when it becomes operational again) and get help there.  The PMDG Moderators here can only go so far to answer your questions.

@Yang Yang Nan Please open a support ticket at the PMDG Support Portal. 
It's much more effecient, than opening up multiple threads about the same issue in here.
