Time Out Purchasing 747-8

Evening,

 

Was just in the middle of purchasing the new 747-8, however the page timed out after entering my credit card details and was presented with the following page message.

 

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'

Script timed out

/ProductCart/pc/gwReturn.asp

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.

 

I just want to make sure I won't be charged again if i was to complete the form again, I understand the website is overwhelmed no doubt.

You may see an Authorization from your credit card provider but no double charge.

same here - got a transaction receipt by mail (twice), its in the order history, but nothing downloadable in there yet. I guess i'll just get some sleep and see how it looks tomorrow morning.

I've just checked my emails. I have a transaction receipt? Can't log into my account due to the website being really slow. 

 

By the looks of it the payment has been processed?

I also got a transaction receipt on my email and a text from my bank of the purchase, but no email from PMDG.

The order also shows as processed on my order page, but no download link.

I've just received a second email with my download link and key. 😀

 

I didn't put it through twice, patience! 😎

also got confirmation from paypal , and can see the order is processed but no download link or mail from pmdg.

I also had a timeout (after inordinately long checkout procedure) but have had receipts from PMDG and Amex - yet I have no download link in "Order Details" page.

got receipts from paypal however NO mail from PMDG and NOT in my account with previous orders
