Time Out Purchasing 747-8

Got receipt from AMEX, payment done....but no email link to download and it is in my previous orders list but no possibility to download.

took about 30 minutes till i received the email with the link, but i also can see it now in my downloads page

fired her up at this moment, a beauty 🙂

Same here, bought the 748, as i clicked on place order, it took the money.

And at that point the store timed out and i got nothing, i got a receipt for the purchase, which is handy in this situation.

But i got neither a download link or the code.

Same, I got order reference, paypal link if this needs to be taken further, but seems odd that this has happened??

Btw I placed my order about an hour ago, still no download link.

Please use the direct support method of correcting this issue at PMDG Product Support.  Create a support account (they are separate from sales accounts) and submit a ticket.

Same problem. and double charged. (Confirmed by my creditcard company) A few minutes ago i submitted a support ticktet.
