747-8 Engine Start Sequence?

747-800, APU Running, starter switches 3 and 4 selected, fuel cutoff switches set to run for engines 3 & 4. Autostart confirmed on lower EICAS, engines spooling but no start. The -400 would be running by now, am I missing something silly?

Correct - all OFF. Those switches aren't AUTO like they are in the 777.
