Connexion to PMDG account

Hi,

I try since yesterday evening to connect to my account.
A new password seems to be asked.
When I clic on the link sent I get an error message "invalid reset password link or it was expired click here to get a new one"

Any solution?

Same here. Open a support ticket. They helped me with a new password manually

There is no ticket with your name in the que. Are you sure you opened through the support.precisionmanuals.com account?

No, I just sent a email thru contact.

I would open one, but cannot login...

Finaly could login and posted a ticket.
