747 No wheels or Clickable Instruments After 748 Update

I can see the standard fix for this state is to reinstall Simconnect, which I have done and it's still in a state where the aircraft looks like it hasn;t been registered. I followed the full uninstall / Reinstall of the 744 base package and installed the 748. Registered the 748 and it's in a state where it's not been registered. The 744 is also the same.

 

I turned off AV. Reinstalled Simconnect (all 3 versions) and still the same. Help?

FSX or P3D?  If FSX you may first want to download new installers for both the base and expansion packages.
