EFB missing in the aircraft

by instrustion i un install my old version of the 747

then install the new version 3.00.9008

load up p3d v4 the aircraft load in sim without active

 

 the manuals for Efb Missing not document for the operation center

i have uninstall and reinstall four or five tim

The EFB is only available on the B747-8.

My first guess is that you are talking about the 747-400?  There is no EFB in the -400 either in the simulation or in the real aircraft.
