RXP GTN650 - NZWP (Whenuapai) VOR etc

G'day all,

Just wondering if anyone else is, or has, been having any issues with the Nav Aids at NZWP, in particular the VOR/DME on 116.4.  

I can tune it but the avionics are not picking it up and therefore can't fly the approach.

I've got an up to date db (may be a month old ish).

Everything else and all other aerodrome Nav Aids seems to be functioning ok i.e. AA, HN, WR

Any ideas or pointers would be gratefully received.

Just tried it and the sim has the frequency as 108.8. It must have changed at some point - remember there are times where the up to date database will not align with the scenery data in the sim, which is probably nearly a decade old. The reception of the frequency is a scenery issue, not the database.

Sounds like you need to update the nav aids database. Google aero.sors and download the nav aids update. Working fine at my end - RXP GNS530 with current database and aerosors update.
