We at least know two aircraft are a Boeing and not an airbus by the use of a 7.

They can only be 73 and lower

You’re right, although MAX would be above NGX.

The other ones would be 707, 717 and 727 then... hmmmmm

5, 6 and 8 are still to go too.. ^^

But they wouldn’t be above the 737 in the folder layout. He has them in alphabetical order

well, we actually know now that there are already installed airplanes on Robert's P3D setup. Sooo I suppose they aren't 5 years away anymore.. Maaaaayyyyybeeeee we will see them already in 2019 or 20.. But honestly: I have a 737 that is still an amazing addon and I have a LOT of fun with it, after all those years. I'm flying from EDDS to LEBB as I write this with the 737. I have a 777 for which I have purchased the airline2sim cadet training which gave me an incredible insight into handling this beast on long and short haul trips. I love it. I have 2 versions of the Jumbo that are simply outstanding. There is actually no word for what I feel flying them. And both are so different from each other that the -8 is no upgrade for me, it's another airplane. Great!!! love and fly both for my VA! Then I have FSL's Airbuses, amazing airplanes, wonderfully made! love them, fly them regularily but learning the systems I prefer the Boeings at the moment. I have the Maddog which absolutely confuses me 😁, I have the complete fleet of A2A aircraft, all above my beloved Spitfire and P-51 for amazing VR flights, I have the Q400 which I absolutely love to fly between smaller Scandinavian airports (ORBX =)) and I still have the new Vega that is slowly maturing and that will likely become important for me too. And the TFDi 717 and QW787 are pretty nice too.

So, whatever is hidden behind Robert's black soul 😄 It doesn't matter how long it takes. I am busy. 😛 👨‍✈️

Yeah the PMDG stuff is just insane. every flight is different because of how the plane feels and interacts with the sim (and all the other addons). A2A is the PMDG of GA for me.

I remember in FS2004 I went from flying default to PMDG and I couldn't wrap my head around how different the "real" plane was compared to the fs2004 default 747 (disclaimer I was 14-15 at the time).

Erik,

For sanity- lets back you up to a know quantity.

Go into your <root sim>/PMDG/ directory and look at these two directories:

Navdata.JPG

Delete their contents ENTIRELY, then reinstall your navdata.

This SHOULD clear things up for you.

If it does not, I may take a more drastic step and have you manually delete the directories, then uninstall the 748/744 completely and reinstall to check and be sure you are reaching the default navdata load provided with those products.  (If you aren't- then you are probably having corruption from some other application running alongside- and we will need to narrow down which one...)

Thanks Robert! 😄

Well, everything in the screenshot is alphabetic/numeric guys, so you can rule rule out 757 - 787. My bet is on the MAX, possibly BBJ.

Sounds plausible...

My guess is:

PMDG Global Operations
PMDG 787
PMDG 737 MAX

global already announced

737 max for sure.

if it was the 787 or 767 or 757 they would be between 777 and 747...but if they are moved above ?? :P

it is not 757..level d have already announced it is 80% ready

i think  767 or 787 or 777ER  and between 737 max and 737 NG version 3..

the totally blank maybe a different aircraft or xplane ac

Why would the full name be hidden (and not only the 7XX) as with the others, if it was another 7XX ???

Also, I doubt is has anything to do with X-Plane. We're look at the contents of the PMDG folder in FSX/P3D.

Wow! This thread surely took a turn off-topic... 😆
