Where to put this navdata_native_1810

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Anyone knows where to put the navdata_native_1810 into the P3DV4, I heard that P3D's navadata has not been updated and still using the FSX data. Is there any way to update the sim data, not the individual airplane's navadata.

Should use this navdata_native_1810 for the simulator, or for some other uses.

Thanks.

The NavData is the same between all sims, the only thing that is slightly different is the format of the data, which changes from one aircraft developer to the next. So there is no difference between FSX and P3D NavData per se.

I'm sorry, but I don't have the 747-8 so I'm not able to answer your question, but thought the info I provided will help build a good foundation for understanding the NavData itself.

Best wishes.

Yes. Buy an additional subscription to fsaerodata.

If you get the Navigraph subscription, they have released their latest FMS data manager, which automatically installs it into the correct folder. Simples.

navdata_native_1810 is for iFMS (remote FMS on a tablet). It is not for updating the default P3D data.
