Download the full installer from you PMDG account.  Uninstall the one you have, install the new one.

Hello, I uninstall all PMDG files and aircraft, and I downloaded new files, and it still does not work.
operation center recognizes that the 737 and 777 and not the 747/400.
and I can not get the textures of the 747.

Open a ticket at the support, via the support.precisionmanuals.com and will look at it.

I also wanted to tell you that I own the 747/400 v2.10.0040 and I can not get the v3 version.
do you have to buy it or it's free?

The 400X is the one we released for FS9 and FSX about a decade ago.

The new version is a completely separate (and paid) version.

Not via the Operations Center. It was never designed to work with it (the OC wasn't even available until 5 or so years after the plane came out)

The AVSIM file library has plenty.

This is dishonest, and also untrue.

The 747-400X was never $100 (or Euro, for that matter), and was never intended to work with the Operations Center (because the OC didn't even exist when the 747-400X camr out). We used to host liveries on our site, but because the plane is so old (and so few use it), we dropped the files from the site.

There are countless liveries here on AVSIM of equal quality.

Tossing software aside because you can't get liveries directly from us over a decade later is like getting angry at Sony because your copy of Top Gun on Betamax doesn't work with the DVD player you bought from them...

you are right it is 54 € and in $ 70usd.
and I'm not angry I think it's a shame for those who can not afford the new 747.

You don't have to afford the new one. The lack of support of the OC doesn't mean you cannot add liveries. You just can't add liveries through the OC.

I have stated multiple times now that liveries are available. Right here. It takes literally 30 seconds to grab one.
