APU WOn't Start somtime in PMDG 747-8

I mean on the ground sometimes (not after landing) and I use default Cold and dark from PMDG. it happened when I connected to the ground power before start APU. If I start APU first no problem. Happened only 747-8

I've seen several posts regarding the default cold and dark.  Delete it  and create your own.

I've never used it because I always start in a turn state, I create my own and call it GAP for ground air and power or maybe GAPSV if there are service vehicles attached.
