Texture resolution upon approach and landing

I am curious why on takeoffs my ground textures are rich and sharp, but upon approach and landing, especially in overcast weather, the ground textures become blurred?   My P3D v4 settings?

A simple answer - yes. But there are many variables, usually your system cannot render the scenery fast enough, often this is caused by settings but can be other things including other addons causing issues.

I have the same issue but it is come and go. I also would like to know what kind of setting we may need to check.
