X52 Pro Weird Behvior Autopilot

I just purchased P3D V4, and several PMDG aircraft including 747-8.  I use the Saitek X52 Pro and a number of profiles. 

All works great with FSX SE and these aircraft, but when I use them and the same profiles in P3D I'm getting some weird behavior.  Noted so far that when I go to raise the flaps, F6 on the keyboard works fine, but when I hit the button on my yoke mapped to F6, my autopilot disconnects.  Extend F7 also does this.

I think I have the latest drivers 7.0.42.12 as I haven't found anything newer.

Any ideas?

Check your keymapping in P3D. Looks like a multiple assignment. P3D and FSX;SE are not the same.

Thanks for the reply, checked that.  Autopilot engage/disconnect mapped to Z.  Flaps to F6 and F7. 

I just enabled Direct Input, which allowed the X52 to control flaps w/o disengaging the autopilot, but then throttle doesn't work....

 

OK, now I uninstalled the X52 and drivers, restarted PC, plugged X52 back in and let Windows select the driver.  So far now it all works but the MFD display does not show profile.  I can live w/o that I guess.

I just map everything through FSUIPC and disable all the stick settings in P3D. Have an X55/CH Yoke, CHTQ & Rudders on one system and an X52,CH Yoke, CHTQ & rudders on second system with no problems.
