PTA Tomatoshade

I did have Tomatoshade installed and I know it's changing the shader file.

So after buying PTA know I got those red line of incompatibility.

If I apply any preset will it make a mess and visual problem?

Is there any preset that can go together with Tomatoshade and PTA, what is the step for using both,

Sorry, I only use PTA. And I think all other PTA users too..

Tomatoshade and PTA cannot be used together. Its one or the other. You have to restore original P3D shaders before applying either one. There is an option to do this in both applications.

Copy that, sad that I can't apply dinamyc reflection on airframe.
