P3D 4.3 Doesn’t Load

Recommended Posts

Hi, here I get mad with all this. I fresh format my PC with new installation of win 10 and the last 4 days was installing p3d mass of sceneries and add ons.

Last was FSLabs A320 and A319 plus spotlights.

Problem with p3d, shows the start screen working but it doesn’t start (load)

Any Advise PLEASE.?

Have you tried unistalling the last two add-on's?

If that doesn't work, make a backup of your PD3.cfg file and delete it so a new one gets created.

Let me know how you get on, I can suggest more if the above doesn't work.

Honestly I’m so disappointed, spend so many days, hours to securely install everything, and now everything is messed up.

Fslabs was my last Adons and here I am.

Tryed with the config but nothing is happening. The mouse cursor is spinning and nothing goes ahead.

Hello George

Try this quick step

Remove the 2 Prepar3D generated folders from your Documents location.  Note:  Do Not delete these folders, just follow the steps.

Navigate to the location below and Click and Move these 2 blue folders out of this location and pop them onto your Desktop.

Note: Do not Copy these folders,  Ensure you Move them out of this location

---

PC ► Documents ► Prepar3D v4 files \ Prepar3D v4 Add-ons

---

After this step launch Prepar3D and test,  Does Prepar3D launch now ?

Please see this link for a short video on this process  Prepar3D v4 files \ Prepar3D v4 Add-ons

Now click into your  "Prepar3D v4 Add Ons"  folder,  The original one on your desktop,   Then Click and Move the Add On folders back one at a time into the new generated folder in Documents  (Prepar3D v4 Add Ons folder)

Note:  Only move one Add On folder at a time,  Then launch Prepar3D and test

Does Prepar3D launch Ok ?  Then move the next Add On folder over and launch and test after each one

As I said only move one at a time and launch and test.

Hopefully you will find the problem Add On folder this way
