October 8, 20187 yr I bought the product on 01.03.2017 ORDER NO.383206 ,ORDER CODE-TJZ9477182938.AND NOW I cannot redownload because I have to reset my PASSWORD.why and how? One day I received notification from the PMDG center to update the product and to do that I have to remove it first and download and reinstall. S o plese will some one tell me what to do,thanks.
