737 NGX base pack install error in P3Dv4

I purchased the base pack a few minutes ago and got the following error during the installation that I do not know how to resolve.  I understood that this product was compatible for all versions over 3.3?.

Missing the PMDG/SIDSTARS/KSDA0D5.tmp file.

Where do I find this file?

You don't. It's actually in there. Are you running the installer as an admin? TMP files might disappear like that due to overly aggressive antivirus programs.

Please note that full names - first and last - are required here in the forum.

Thanks, Kyle...for some reason, nothing in the forum permits me to add my full name.  I tried editing the quorum profile but there are no name fields there.  Perhaps I missed something when I first signed in so I'll try and remedy that.  The name is Scott Smith for the record, from Eugene, Oregon, USA.

The forum will allow you to create a signature after your account is x number of days old - not sure what the global mods set it to (or why).

Either way - just like email, type it in.
