Contrail missing from Engine 3

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Currently flying over the Atlantic and I have contrails showing for engines 1,2 and 4, but not for engine 3. Not sure if that is a real scenario that could happen but seems unlikely to me. Any thoughts as to why that would/could happen?

Using the 747-8i.

Thanks,

Chris Lezama

Can you send us the log.txt file located in the Immersion Manager directory?

Funny, on a flight from YSSY to KDFW 747-8 I lost the contrails from engine no.4.

haha i had the exactly the same issue yesterday, missing the contrail on no3 engine on 747-8f. Also, i have noticed that i have short small contrails showing high above the user plane, reinstaling the immersions and percipitfx didn't help 😞

I have the same problem "Contrail missing from engine 3". Are there any solution? Do I need to open a ticket?

Please open a ticket with the log.txt file. Make sure you observe the issue right before sending the log file

If you disable and re-enable the effect in the Immersion Manager, does it bring back the contrails?

Have you tried to set it back to 2.0 after changing it to 1.9?

I just pushed an update to Immersion Manager. After observing the issue again, can you click 5x on the name of the aircraft at the top-left of the Manager to generate a Report file. We added a few things in there to diag the issue.

It will be on your desktop, if you can send it to me, that would be greatly appreciated!
