Mindstar gns530 P3D gives C++ Assert error

Mindstar gns530 P3Dv3 gives C++ Assert error.  program (X86)\microsoft visual studio 8\vc\atlmfc\include\atlcomcli.h line 73.  Anyone:  How do I find the file and how do I fix it?  I an not a c++ programmer.  Also, I bought this in 2016.  Is there a more current version?

Go to our website and download the latest installer, run that installer on top of your current installation.  Allow it to re-register your installation and you should be up to date.  If for some reason that fails, email our support on Monday and they should be able to assist you further.
