Dialog Box appears with message when loading!

Hello.

I've recently installed the 'Queen if the Skies -400 and 400F, -8i and -8F aircraft. Today upon selecting the -400F and while it was loading I received a dialog box with this content showing 'Cannot get product version data - string not found'! The selected aircraft loads, however, I have no idea as to what the program is looking for! Any suggestions would be helpful.

Is that a message from PMDG?  I don't recognize it.  What else do you have running?
