FSL and Chaseplane

Hello.. Just curious for those using FSL and Chaseplane, what settings do you all find realistic in terms of all of the motion effects do you all use?  I can't seem to find a pair of settings that I like to use with an airliner like FSL that will give me more "feel" for bumps, turbulence, movements, etc.  Thanks!
