How to delete a topic/comment

I can't figure out how to delete a comment I made or a topic I have started on this forum.

Could someone help me please?

theres  a time  limit  that  you  can  edit  your  post think its  2  hours   from  when  you make  your  post,  click the  edit  option

For the post you want deleted, just click on Report Post in the upper right corner of the post you want deleted.  Tell the moderators to delete it.
