Ah, what a tease! I came in here thinking it might also be for P3D but darn!

Guess I'll have to wait a little longer for their site-wide sale to pick up the 757 RR Expansion for P3D.

I was thinking the same thing until I re-read the announcement, FSX only. I was looking to get the 757RR myself. Guess I'll wait.

Actually Jim can do it this December as I suspect Captain Sim always has holiday sales every year.

The 12 buck sale from Captain Sim today is their clever excuse to calm down angry flightsimmers down after last week's announcement to abandon FSX for P3D.

Smiling

Regards,

Aharon

Also, I am STILL waiting for Captain Sim to install new modern airline type cockpit panel into the existing C-130J models and C-130J Hurricane Hunter models for FSX use which they have NOT done so that struck me strange because Captain Sim is SUPPOSED to strive for real world realism.  Also Israeli air force's new C-130s for FSX come with airline type cockpit panels too.

Actually, CS did not hold a sale this past Dec/Jan holiday season.

Yep for first time in history, CS skipped Dec holiday sale last year!  They better NOT skip Dec holiday sale this year!

Aharon

I may grab the 757 Captain III for FSX as for $12 may not be a bad way to try the plane out. I use almost exclusively P3dV4 but for $12 may be worth it.

Cheers, Pete

Don't see the prices reflected on their site.

I stopped using Captain Sim when they sent me a "No support for FS2004...Get the FSX version" to a ticket I submitted for the FS2004 version of the C-130.  I have since moved to FSX as well, but still use FS2004.

Still, for $12.00 each I couldn't resist and bought the B707 base, the C-130 All in One, and the B-52 Driver.  Even with a "No support for FSX...get the P3Dv4 version" reply to any tickets I would submit the price was good.
