No External Lights on any aircraft in P3D4.3

All of a sudden I get no strobes, nav, landing, taxi, or beacon lights, on any of my default or payware aircraft!

Help please!

Sounds like you are missing the Effects files or folder, what changes have you made in the last 48 hours?

Have you used the .XML Method to install an add-on recently? or have you change your Dynamic Lighting settings?

are you using ENVTEX, as it caused the same issues that I managed to fix a while back
