Upgrade/Downgrade Hardware (Laptop)

Hello, I have Laptop MSI GL62M 7REX with I7 7700HQ 2.8ghz , GTX 1050TI 4GB , RAM DDR4 8GB SINGLE CHANNEL. My question and my plan is:

Whats the most P3D V 4.3 demands on? is it CPU? GPU? or RAM? 

I want to change to ASUS ROG G751JY . (this is what i know about the performance, please let me know if im wrong) it has i7 4720hq . That should be downgrade from my previous laptop(?), but the GPU is GTX 980M 4GB what i see is much powerfull(?)  . So is it worth it? Why i want to change because im going to use triple monitor spanning surround display. 

If is not worth, does add one more ram (8GB) worth too? becuase ive only got single channel.
