Missing airline codes

Hi Nico,

Is there any chance you could please add the following airline codes?

• IAH - Air Incheon
• MYW - MyWay Airlines
• NAA - Norwegian Air Argentina
• WWW - EG&G (Janet Airlines)
• LVL - Level (this one is not technically an ICAO code, however with Level flights operated under the AOC of BOS, IBE and FOO it makes it easier to manage liveries and LVL is not taken by any other carrier)
