Welcome aboard Marcus.

Suggest you watch this YouTube video showing how to install language pack fully.

Most of the time, people only install the keyboard part of the language pack. You actually need to download and install the speech recognition engine as well. Obviously in our cvase, need to install "English US" language pack

Once you have installed language pack correctly, set English US as default language and run the app wizard.

Windows menu Start-All Apps->Multi Crew Experience->Run app wizard.

If you can manage to go through all the wizard steps, you can assume you're all set.

If CoPilot doesn't seem to hear you, chances are MCE hasn't set the speech engine to listen ojn the correct device.

In that case, Click Start->All Apps->Multi Crew Experience->Assign sound device.

Select correct "Audio In" and "Audio Out", click OK and let the toll make automatic adjustments if required.

Are you using a USB headset or a conventional (3 mm jack plugs) one?
