ChasePlane Will Not Reconnect

I notice that my outside views are not working and if I select them the camera just freezes, so I decided to close ChasePlane and restart it, but after closing, when it is restarted, it will not reconnect with my aircraft. 

What could be causing this?

Definitely something broken in your sim's SimConnect. This is likely due to outdated add-ons like FSUIPC, GSX or other modules
