GTN750 freezes with Carenado Citation (XPL)

Hi,

I am using the GTN750 with XP11.25 (latest stable) and the Carenado’s Citation.

Actually the device allows me to insert flight plan and everything, but after some time, it just freezes. I can’t do anything.

Than you say it 'freezes', is there any particular message flashing and requesting your attention right before this?

Also, can you please cross check your anti-virus if any 'RXP' quarantined files?

What is the content of the RXP log files as well? (see User's Manual for file/path).
