GTN 750 is turn off

Hello everyone,

I reinstalled X-plane. So, I reinstalled the GTN 750

He asked me the serial number: OK, validated.

I restart the aircraft the GTN is present but is turn off.

Hi,

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files? (see User's Manual for file/path).

Also, can you make sure the power source is correct in the GUI Settings Panel?

What about trying out with the default Baron 58?

It was with C210 Centurion the same happened with Citation...I'll try soon the default baron as you recommended..and send the files also.. I really appreciate the attention and hope you help me with that. I do have also on p3dv4 and works perfectly with all carenado planes...will send a feedback to you soon..tks in advance

The 2nd image is when trying to run the trainer by itself isn't it?

Have you manually moved the trainer files around after it has been installed, instead of telling the installer where-to install when asked for during installation?

The log tells it fails to manage the non volatile memory and I think the reason is very simple: you've installed (it seems) the trainer at the root drive D:\. Therefore, when our simulation tries to create a working folder to manage the non volatile files, it fails because Windows prevents applications to create a folder in a root drive.

This is definitely something we haven't accounted for and we'll make sure to handle such situations properly in our next udpate. In the meantime, you might try to manually create the following subfolder:

"D:\GTN\nonvol"

Once this folder exists, our simulation should just use it as-is and won't fail in trying to 'create' it.

"The trainer is mandatory", so far, it didn't seem like i was setting up the trainer.

Is this a novelty?

To install the trainer, do i have to uninstall GTN 750 first?

Just run the RXP installer over, it will tell trainer is missing and offer to automatically download and install it.

I don't understand !

Now that the GTN 750 is running, it says "INVALID LICENSE" and blurs the screen.

I downloaded the latest version today. The install says "License valid"

Hi,

have you reinstalled using the e-commerce installer and the purchase key/pw, or, given the 'activation limit reach' message you've canceled the e-commerce installation and manually copied the plugin files instead?
