PSXseecontraffic Stays Minimized on Taskbar

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I installed the lastest two versions of PSXseecontraffic, but the program remains minimized on my taskbar when I try to open it, making it useless.  Anyone know how to fix this problem on windows 10?  I never had this problem before, only now, but I'm totally stuck.

John

I'm seeing the same with the latest version and Windows 10 1803 Build 17134.345

Delete PSXseeconTraffic.xml in the PSXseeconTraffic folder.

Or remove the MAIN_WINDOW_X and MAIN_WINDOW_Y entries from it, while they probably have a value outside your screen.

This might also help, works for any 'stuck'  program

  1. Put your mouse over (do NOT click) the program in the Task Bar until the preview appears directly above it
  2. Right Click on the preview and select MOVE
  3. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to relocate to a part of the screen you can see
  4. Press the ENTER key on your keyboard when it is moved
  5. You can then use the mouse to move and resize the window as you see fit

Deleting the .xml fixed the issue.  Thanks.

I dont find the PSXseeconTraffic.xml in the PSXseeconTraffic folder.

Please read the Manual:

it is in your .../appdata/roaming/PSXseeconTraffic folder....
