Taxiway designation

Pilot2Atc seems to use the very outdated FSX taxiway designations when compared to Navigraph chart taxiway designations. This makes it very difficult to take the correct taxiway routing to the active runway. Is there any way to get Pilot2Atc in sync with Navigraph charts?

Not without some work as the Navigraph chart taxi information is not available as usable data.

That is the purpose of the Taxi Maintenance feature of P2A.  See the User's Guide beginning on page 124.
