Curious powered-glider with interesting position of the pilot.

That is generally how hang glider pilots fly, they run off the ground then retract their legs into something akin to a half sleeping bag.  There is also a rather cool freeware powered parachute for Xplane11 as well, the best for any sim, which models the slow 20knot flight envelope of a PPC very well.
