In the case of Aerosoft CRJ, there apparently has been a change in the way that 4.4 handles mouse clicks on buttons, which is affecting the functionality of the autopilot click spots, among other things. They are going to have to recompile the cockpit model to fix that, but their modeler is not available until after Jan 1st. In this particular case, the problem would probably exist no matter whether 4.4 is installed as individual updates, or as a complete re-install.

Hello gents!  I am having an issue with internal sounds with the PMDG products in 4.4.  I would like to know if their is a fix for the problem.   I can hear some of the engine sounds but can not hear any of the clicking of the buttons or switches.

Thanks..

Any time you change your sim, you should double check the settings in the simulators options screens. It's very likely that your sim options do not have your sound device selected.

This time it was an Air France PMDG 777LR  which failed to follow the VNAV path..

Her as a RNAV.

Just to recap.

I updated the P3D to 4.4 byt following to Prepar3D forum instruction which says that i download everything and delete client. And install new client, this goes for content and scenery subsequently.

Jens, if you have a problem may I suggest you start a new thread and describe the problem.  "Failed to follow VNAV path" is no sufficient description of problem for anyone not looking over your shoulder watching you.  The steps you took, etc.

Also, be advise that when clicking on that photo I am not able to make anything out, it is very very to far zoomed out and detail cannot be discerned. Also, I got a false virus alert while at that site that is hosting the picture.

The only update you will see is the update for the b747 and b748. The rest has no updates on the horizon as far as we know but only pmdgknows that for sure

I thought the spooling sound problem came from P3Dv4.4 and not from PMDG …. ??

Thanks for clarifying, So, worth to installing NG and 777 and go flying...!

.....  I heard someone with problems with WX in the 777(Not working).  Is it working normally in general, or is a bug for everyone in 4.4?
